Registration fees

 
1. Members of EWMA or one of EWMA´s cooperating organisations (see http://ewma.org/english/cooperating-organisations/cooperating-organisations.html)
2. Only for members of AWA or ÖGVP.
3. Nurses in training, medical students. Only with document indicating training programme and level of training.
4. Only for members of ÖGVP. The ÖGVP Meeting will be held on Wednesday 23 May 2012. For access see entitlements below
5. Only for members of AWA. The AWA Austrian Day will be held on Friday 25 May 2012. For access see entitlements below
6. Tickets for the conference dinner Thursday 24/5 are not included in the registration fee and are non-refundable. Please note: Limited number of seats.


Entitlements

Full conference registration: Final programme and abstract book, admission to all scientific sessions including the AWA Austrian Day and the ÖGVP Meeting, coffee breaks and lunch, registration event Tuesday 22/5.

1-day registration: Admission to all scientific sessions of the day including the Austrian meetings (ÖGVP or AWA), coffee breaks and lunch for one day.

ÖGVP Meeting: Admission to the ÖGVP Meeting on Wednesday 23 May 2012, coffee breaks and lunch for 23 May. No access to other sessions in the EWMA 2012 Programme.

AWA Austrian Day: Admission to the AWA Day on Friday 25 May 2012, coffee breaks and lunch for 25 May. No access to other sessions in the EWMA 2012 Programme.

Exhibitor and company registrations: There will be a separate online registration system for exhibitor and company registrations. All sponsors and exhibitors at EWMA 2012 will be notified about this. For more information please contact the EWMA 2012 Conference Secretariat (ewma@ewma.org).


Payment

All payments should be made in EUR. Please use one of the following payment methods:

• By credit card: Euro Card, Master Card, VISA
• By international cheque in EUR made out to EWMA and forwarded to the EWMA Secretariat.

All expenses in relation to cheques and transfers should be covered by the issuer.

Terms of payment: Payments by cheques and bank transfer are due 14 days after registration date.

Please mark payments with the participant(s) name(s) and/or registration number(s).

Participants who register after 1 May 2012 are kindly requested to bring proof of payment to the conference.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the EWMA Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 April 2012 will be refunded deducting administration costs (20% of total amount ordered per participant). After 1 April 2012, registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

NB! Please note that tickets for the conference evening are non-refundable.

Invitation letter

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to send an email to the conference secretariat at ewma@ewma.org. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
