to register for the conference and meet other
participants while enjoying a drink and a light
snack.

Find your way

The EWMA 2012 conference evening will be
held at the historical place Hofburg. This unique
location was the imperial residence for centuries and
is today the first address for fairs and exhibitions,
conferences, banquets, balls and concerts. The
Hofburg complex origins date back to the 13th
century. Over a period of 700 years, Austria’s rulers
enlarged the Hofburg to make it a fitting imperial
residence as well as a stage for world political and
cultural history.

The Hofburg is located in the centre of the
Old Town and can easily be reached with public
transport. Two underground stations, and bus
and tram stops are within walking distance.

The evening will be an informal seated dinner with
a taste of local, food, wine and entertainment. It
will be possible to reserve tables for groups of 10
persons or more. Please forward an email to the

Remember to buy your ticket for the conference
evening, when you register for the conference. It is
advised to book the tickets well in advance as seats
are limited.

evening are non-refundable.
